The assassination attempt on the American presidential candidate Donald Trump has more or less shaken the world for a brief moment (some anticipated it, others predicted it, no one is actually surprised), and now hypotheses and their falsifications about a possible staging, a fake assassination are circulating on the internet.

Simulations however show that the shot could not have been successfully and deliberately carried out by any sniper in the world, no matter how brilliant. You wouldn’t even need simulations to prove this, it would be unthinkable to deliberately risk a grazing shot to the ear of an important person. It is one hundred percent absurd, far too dangerous if you think about it for a second. And it doesn’t matter how close the shot was. Well, it would have to be a little close to establish a connection with the supposed target — the feigned intention to kill would have to be visible!
